Innov8

Accelerate Residue Breakdown
Innov8™ helps break down tough crop residue and recycle nutrients back into the soil. By stimulating the biological activity responsible for carbon cycling, it helps build healthier, more active soils in high-residue systems.
Breaks down tough crop residue and fibrous organic material.
Releases trapped nutrients to feed your next crop.
Enhances tilth, water infiltration, and root development.

What it Does

Primary Function

Accelerates Residue Conversion and Carbon Cycling

Innov8 Supports
  • Enzymatic residue conversion
  • Carbon cycling
  • Organic matter turnover
  • Microbial residue digestion
Pathways Opened
  • Residue conversion pathways
  • Carbon recycling pathways
  • Organic matter cycling pathways
Field Impact
  • Accelerates crop residue breakdown and nutrient recycling
  • Helps convert residue into usable biological energy
  • Supports improved soil structure and organic matter turnover
  • Enhances carbon-driven soil functionality

When to Use Innov8™

You want your crop residue to break down faster instead of tying up nutrients and slowing down soil warming and planting conditions.

Heavy residue can lock up nutrients, create uneven field conditions, and slow the biological activity that keeps your soil functioning efficiently. Innov8 is designed for high-residue systems where you want to accelerate decomposition, recycle nutrients back into the soil, and support healthier long-term soil biology.

With its fungal-heavy biology package, Innov8 helps break down tough fibrous residue while improving carbon cycling and supporting biological balance in no-till and minimum-till fields.

Application

Cotton, Soybeans, Small Grains
6–12 oz/acre
Post-harvest while residue is still present
Apply with a minimum of 20 gallons of water/acre
Conventional Corn Residue
8–16 oz/acre
Post-harvest before heavy residue breakdown begins
Apply with a minimum of 30 gallons of water/acre
GMO Corn Residue
16 oz/acre
Post-harvest on high-residue fields
Apply with a minimum of 30 gallons of water/acre

Apply evenly across the residue surface for best results. Light incorporation or irrigation within 48 hours can help maximize biological activation and residue digestion.

Avoid tank mixing with high-salt or bactericidal products, and always perform a jar test before mixing.

For cotton, soybeans, and small grains, light tillage or irrigation after application is recommended.

For conventional corn residue, use the higher rate on heavy stalks or unchopped residue.

GMO corn residue benefits from the full rate (16 oz/acre) because it typically breaks down more slowly.

Primary Biology Groups

Carbon Decomposers
Break down carbon-rich material in the soil to accelerate nutrient recycling and biological activity.
Fungal-Dominant Biology
A fungal-forward biology package that helps drive residue decomposition and improve soil function over time.
Residue Converting Biology
Help convert crop residue into usable organic matter and plant-available nutrients.

Packaging Options

2.5 Gallon Jugs
250 Gallon Totes

Customer Reviews

BTI products are easy to use. They’re tank mix compatible, so our customers aren’t making separate passes to use the products. This has made BTI easy to incorporate into their businesses.

BTI has really changed the way we think about the crop in general—whether that’s below-ground soil fertility, soil health, or above-ground plant health.

We couldn’t keep competing the same way. We needed a whole new hand of cards. When you think microbial, that resets the whole paradigm for you.
